Ballet Body Conditioning Basics

 Occurrence: Tuesdays, weekly (unless otherwise noted)
 Time 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
 Ages: 14+
 Description: Ballet Body Conditioning Basics is ballet based body-conditioning and strengthening  using Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises.
 Additional Info:
  • Free! No registration. 
  • A waiver will be provided and required to participate. 
  • Attire: Wear something you can move comfortably in. Exercise pants and t-shirts are fine. Shoes are not necessary, bare feet or socks work best. 
  • Equipment: Bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on. If you have a small exercise ball please bring it (some will also be provided)

*no classes on November 5th, December 24th & 31st.
