 Description: Based on the book by Keith Graves, Books Alive brings you an enchanting story of three nasty dump dwellers, the Gnarlies, who love their lives in the dump. Until one day, a snooty butterfly comes along and convinces them that they have to look like her to be beautiful. So they wrap themselves up in garbage to make a cocoon. In the spring, when they discover they are still nasty Gnarlies, they must draw on all of their inner strength to appreciate their true selves. Special thanks to the Friends of the Library for sponsoring this event.
 Additional Info: Free ticket required.

  • Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes prior to any event/program at the Kids Corner Reference Desk.
