 Description: Is your child struggling with reading, or have you wondered if dyslexia might be the reason? In this one-hour parent workshop, you’ll gain a clear understanding of what struggling readers experience — and discover practical, research-based strategies you can use right away at home. You’ll leave with tools to build your child’s confidence, reduce frustration, and support real progress in reading.

  • Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes prior to any event/program at the Kids Corner Reference Desk.
  • Tickets will not be available 5 minutes after any program has started.
  • The age-appropriate child must be present to get a ticket for any ticketed program.

  • Any take home activities distributed are only for the child in the age range of the program.
