 is ballet based body-conditioning and strengthening  using Progressing 
 Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises.\n		\n		\n			 Additional 
 Info:\n			\n			\n				Free! No registration. \n				A waiver will be provided 
 and required to participate. \n				Attire: Wear something you can move 
 comfortably in. Exercise pants and t-shirts are fine. Shoes are not 
 necessary\, bare feet or socks work best. \n				Equipment: Bring a yoga mat 
 or towel to lay on. If you have a small exercise ball please bring it (some 
 will also be provided)\n			\n\n			*no classes on November 5th\, December
